After working for another company for some time, I found there to be a large gap between what a customer expects and what they get from a larger company.

I found as company's grow the oversight of employees starts to lack and the passion of what made the company grow is lost. There are many company's that offer all services but fall behind to stand out as better then rest.

My focus is on what I do well that I find passion in, not to take on as many jobs and services as possible.
